Vladimir's Plague Ale
June 1992

This light reddish amber beer was highly unpredictable, with some very tasty bottles and some less than perfect ones as well. The learning curve begins!

Dmitri's Bitter Ale
July 1992

This was a fine tasting amber beer for the most part, with the exception of a few bottles that exploded due to too much happy yeast.

Black Death Dark
August 1992

This dark brown ale was made from a variety of malts. Paranoia about the last explosive episode caused this batch to be mostly flat. Fortunately, it seemed to improve with age.

Norway Rat Arctic Ale
November 1992

As a second attempt at Dmitri's Bitter, this dark amber beer was Vermin Brewing's greatest success to date... in spite of ambient room temperatures dropping drastically and almost completely stopping fermentation.

Bay Rat Twin Ale
January 1993

This was a twin of Norway Rat but with a change of hops. An excellent beer in all characteristics!
